Eastbrook High School is a public school located outside Marion, Indiana. The school teaches students from Upland, Washington Township, Matthews, and Van Buren.
Eastbrook High School is located at 560 S. 900 E. in Grant County, Indiana. It is the only high school in the Eastbrook Community School district. The district includes the high school, a junior high (which is attached to the high school), and two elementary schools: Eastbrook South Elementary (located in Upland, Indiana) and Eastbrook North Elementary (located in Van Buren, Indiana), . At the end of the 2009–2010 school year, Matthews Elementary, and Washington Elementary were closed and the remaining elementary schools were renamed from Upland Elementary and Van Buren Elementary to South and North, respectively. The Indiana Gas Boom resulted from the discovery and exploitation of natural gas in the area. The rural economy was transformed to one that included manufacturing. Several counties in Indiana have erected a series of statues around the area depicting the comic strip character Garfield. Indiana native and creator of Garfield, Jim Davis has donated the artwork to create the statues royalty free. Most of these are found near his hometown of Marion.

Dwight Grant Watson was an American college football player and coach. He was the head football coach at Michigan State Normal College during the 1899 college football season. He was also involved in the telephone industry in its early years, serving as manager of the Michigan Telephone Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and as the general manager of the Van Buren County Telephone Company in the years prior to his death.
Phoenix Union High School (PUHS) was a high school that was part of the Phoenix Union High School District in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, one of five high school-only school districts in the Phoenix area. Founded in 1895 and closed in 1992, the school consisted of numerous buildings on a campus which by 1928 consisted of 18 acres.
Kinderhook Central School District is located in between the Catskill and Berkshire mountains and serves a population of 8,296 residents in northern Columbia and southern Rensselaer counties in New York. The Ichabod Crane Central School District was formed in 1954, incorporating seven community schools into one centralized district. Currently there are three buildings, down from five after in 2012 the district closed down the elementary school of Martin H. Glynn and Martin Van Buren, the latter named after Van Buren, who made his home in Kinderhook, served as a New York state attorney general, vice president under Andrew Jackson, and as the eighth president of the United States. Glynn, raised in the village of Valatie, served as a U.S. representative, as well as the governor of New York from 1913 to 1915.
