Bayelsa is of the states in southern part of Nigeria,located in the core of the Niger Delta region. Bayelsa State was created in 1996 and was carved out from Rivers State,making it one of the newest states in the federation. It shares a boundary with Rivers State to the East and Delta State to the west,with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean dominating its southern borders. It has a total area of 10,773 km2. The state comprises eight Local Government Areas. they are Ekeremor,Kolokuma/Opokuma,Yenagoa,Nembe,Ogbia,Sagbama,hi Brass and Southern Ijaw. The state borders Rivers State,of which it was formerly part,and Delta State.
The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) is a university in Nigeria that was founded as Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH) on July 30,1980,by the Executive Governor of Anambra State,Chief Dr Jim Ifeanyichukwu Nwobodo. The creation of Enugu State out of Anambra State in 1991 by the then Military President General Ibrahim Gbadamasi Babangida,transformed ASUTEC into Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is an examination board established by law to determine the examinations required in the public interest in the English-speaking West African countries,to conduct the examinations and to award certificates comparable to those of equivalent examining authorities internationally. Established in 1952,the council has contributed to education in Anglophonic countries of West Africa,with the number of examinations they have coordinated,and certificates they have issued. Rilwanu Lukman was a Nigerian engineer who held several ministerial positions in the Nigerian Federal government before becoming Secretary General of OPEC from 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2000. The board conducts entrance Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination for prospective undergraduates into Nigerian universities.The board is also charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private monotechnics,polytechnics,and colleges of educations. Ibrahim Dantani Wushishi is the Registrar and Chief Executive of the National Examinations Council,he is appointed since 12 July 2021 but took the office on 16 July 2021. He took over from Ebikibina John Ogborodi who has been acting since the death of Godswill Obioma in 31 May 2021.
