Echostage is a music venue located in the Langdon neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Opened in 2012, the hybrid nightclub and concert hall has over 30,000 square feet of space with a maximum capacity of 3,000 guests. [1] [2] Upon opening, it was the largest nightlife concert venue in D.C. (a distinction it held until The Anthem opened in 2017). [1] [3] The club is a venue for EDM and other dance music with performances by bands, singers, and DJs, including Tiësto, Avicii, Subtronics, Calvin Harris, Sexyy Red, Hardwell, David Guetta, and others. [4] Echostage also hosts events for local law enforcement.
Events are managed by Club Glow, which subsequently opened Soundcheck in 2015, a smaller EDM venue located Downtown. [5] The electronic music event promotion company Insomniac acquired Echostage in 2020, along with Club Glow and sister club Soundcheck.
The venue was voted the number one club in the world in the 2021 DJ Magazine reader's poll, having been annually ranked in the poll's top ten since 2017. [6]

Swedish House Mafia (SHM) are a Swedish house supergroup consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group officially formed in late 2008, were placed at number ten on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ Poll 2011, and have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music", while being credited for "setting the tone for the EDM boom of the early 2010s, more than any other act in modern dance music". In 2012, they were ranked at number twelve on the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll. They are recognized for bringing the Progressive house genre into the mainstream around 2009-2010, together with their compatriot Avicii, standardizing a sound that until recently was relegated to the underground EDM. The trio is also best known for their single, "Don't You Worry Child".

Club Glow is the longest running electronic music event promoter on the East Coast and venue owner based in Washington, DC. Established in 1999. They currently operate the venues Echostage and Soundcheck and host numerous large-scale events and music festivals at the DC Armory and RFK Stadium, including Project GLOW and Moonrise Music Festival. Club Glow regularly brings top international talent to Echostage, and in 2021 the venue obtained the first place in the world by DJ Magazine’s "Top 100 Clubs," and has been voted as "the best electronic music venue in North America" since 2017. Club Glow became a subsidiary of Insomniac Events in 2020 and the creative partnership has helped the company expand throughout the East Coast.

Olivier "Oliver" J. L. Heldens is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer from Rotterdam. Niles Hollowell-Dhar, known professionally as Kshmr, is an American musician, DJ, songwriter, record producer, former rapper, and singer. He was ranked 23rd on DJ Mag's 2015 Top 100 DJs poll and was awarded highest new entry for the year. In the same poll he elevated to 12th in 2016 and 2017, and again in 2020. He was ranked 11th in the same poll in 2021; and in 2022 in same poll he ranked 12. In July 2017, he launched Dharma Worldwide, a sublabel of Spinnin' Records. Kshmr performed live at many music festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra and Sunburn.

Bassjackers is a Dutch electronic music production and DJ duo consisting of Marlon Flohr & Ralph van Hilst. Flohr is the more outspoken member of the duo whereas Van Hilst takes care of "behind-the-scenes" production.
Diamanté Anthony Blackmon, known professionally as Gordo and formerly known as Carnage, is a Nicaraguan-American disc jockey, record producer, and former rapper. Born in Washington, DC and raised by Nicaraguan parents. He first gained recognition for his DJ mixes and live performances at music festivals such as Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival. He began releasing EDM singles in 2012 and occasionally performed as a recording artist; however, he has since retired from doing so, along with his Carnage stage name in favor of Gordo in 2022, after which he began working solely in production for other artists.
Printworks was a nightclub and events venue in Rotherhithe, South London. Taking its name from the building's former use for newspaper printing, it became one of the UK's top nightclubs. Closed for redevelopment in 2023, the Press Halls section of the building is scheduled to reopen as a music and events venue in 2026.
