Saint Kitts and Nevis,officially the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis,is an island country consisting of the two islands of Saint Kitts and Nevis,both located in the West Indies,in the Leeward Islands chain of the Lesser Antilles. With 261 square kilometres (101 sq mi) of territory,and roughly 50,000 inhabitants,it is the smallest sovereign state in the Western Hemisphere,in both area and population,as well as the world's smallest sovereign federation. The country is a Commonwealth realm,with Charles III as King and head of state.

Sir (William) George Mallet GCSL GCMG CBE was a politician who was Governor-General of Saint Lucia and held a number of high offices in the island Saint Lucia,one of the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles in the Eastern Caribbean. Sir George served as the Minister for Trade,Industry,Agriculture and Tourism in the first post-independence government of St Lucia beginning in 1979. In later years,Sir George served as Deputy Prime Minister and was responsible for numerous government ministries including Foreign Affairs,Home Affairs and CARICOM Affairs.
The CARICOM Single Market and Economy,also known as the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME),is an integrated development strategy envisioned at the 10th Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) which took place in July 1989 in Grand Anse,Grenada. Sir Charles Michael Dennis Byron is a former president of the Caribbean Court of Justice. He also serves as President of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute,and is former President of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR),and former Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. He was born in Basseterre,Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Sir Clement Athelston Arrindell was the first governor-general of Saint Kitts and Nevis,serving from 1983 to 1995,and also served as the country's final colonial governor,from 1981 to 1983.
The monarchy of Saint Kitts and Nevis is a system of government in which a hereditary monarch is the sovereign and head of state of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The current monarch of Saint Kitts and Nevis,since 8 September 2022,is King Charles III. As sovereign,he is the personal embodiment of the Crown of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The CARICOM passport is a passport document issued by the 15 member states of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) for their citizens. It can be used both for intra-regional and international travel. The passport was created to facilitate intra-region travel;however,citizens of the OECS that are citizens from Antigua and Barbuda,Dominica,Grenada,St. Kitts and Nevis,Saint Lucia,Guyana and St. Vincent and the Grenadines may use a member-state issued drivers licence,national identification card,voters registration card or social security card for travel within the OECS area.

Dame Marcella Althea Liburd is a Kittitian politician who is the fifth governor-general of Saint Kitts and Nevis,serving since 2023. Trained as a teacher and then as a barrister and solicitor,Liburd was the first woman to serve as both the Speaker of the National Assembly of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Governor-General,as well as the first Governor-General appointed by Charles III. She has served in various Ministerial positions including Acting Prime Minister and Chair of the Opposition for the Labour Party. She was the first woman to serve as Chair in the 81-year-old organization’s history.
Sir Tofiga Vaevalu Falani is a Tuvaluan religious minister who has served as Governor-General of Tuvalu since 2021 and the president of the Church of Tuvalu since 2008. In his capacity as church president,he has represented the church at meetings of the Central Committee of the World Council of Churches in 2009 and 2011.
