Einar Vallbaum (born 9 October 1959) is an Estonian economist and politician. He was a member of the XII and XIII Riigikogu. [1]
Valbaum was born and raised in Rakvere. [2] In 2007, he graduated with a degree in business management from Mainor Business School in Tallinn. He was a member of the Estonian Centre Party from 2002 until 2009, the Estonian Reform Party from 2010 until 2013, and the Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica since 2015. [2]
Juhan Parts ( is an Estonian politician who was Prime Minister of Estonia from 2003 to 2005 and Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications from 2007 to 2014. Juhan Parts is a member of Isamaa party.
The prime minister of Estonia is the head of government of the Republic of Estonia. From April 2023, the party has been a junior coalition partner in the third Kallas government.

Michal previously served as minister of justice from 2011 to 2012, minister of economic affairs and infrastructure from 2015 to 2016, as well as minister of climate from 2023 to 2024.
Urmas Reinsalu is an Estonian politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2022 to 2023 and previously from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Urmas has served as the Minister of Defence between 2012 and 2014, and Minister of Justice from 2015 to 2019. Reinsalu is a member and current leader of the Isamaa ("Fatherland") political party, and was the party leader from 2012 to 2015.
Taavi Rõivas is an Estonian politician, former Prime Minister of Estonia from 2014 to 2016 and former leader of the Reform Party. Before his term as the Prime Minister, Rõivas was the Minister of Social Affairs from 2012 to 2014. On 9 November 2016 his second cabinet dissolved after coalition partners, Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica and Social Democratic Party, sided with the opposition in a no confidence motion. At the end of 2020, Rõivas announced quitting politics, and resigned from his parliament seat.
Kaja Kallas is an Estonian politician and diplomat. She was the first female prime minister of Estonia, a role she held from 2021 until 2024, when she resigned in advance of her appointment as High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. The leader of the Estonian Reform Party since 2018, she was a member of parliament (Riigikogu) in 2011–2014, and 2019–2021. Kallas was a member of the European Parliament in 2014–2018, representing the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe. Before her election to Riigikogu, she was a lawyer specialising in European competition law.

Ene Kaups is an Estonian politician. She was a member of XI Riigikogu, representing the Estonian Reform Party, and the Mayor of Kärdla from 2005 until 2007.
Õnne Pillak is an Estonian politician, representing the Estonian Reform Party since 2001. On 27 January 2021, she became a member of the XIV Riigikogu.
