Sourav Chandidas Ganguly, also known as Dada, is an Indian cricket commentator and former cricketer. He is popularly called the Maharaja of Indian Cricket. The Indian Cricket League (ICL) was a short-lived cricket league that ran from 2007 to 2009. It was sponsored by Zee Entertainment Enterprises, a media company. He plays for the Mohun Bagan cricket team in the CAB division. He is a right-hand batsman and leg-break bowler. He was a part of Pune Warriors squad in the Indian Premier League. Majumdar has played for India A cricket team in 2012. He was instrumental in the Bengal squad of 2019–2020 ranji trophy, where he scored a crucial 149 in the semi-finals against Karnataka in Eden gardens to reach 311 1st innings total and eventually went on to play the finals against Saurastra. This knock is remembered as one of the best in Bengal's Ranji Trophy history.
Abhimanyu Easwaran is an Indian cricketer who plays for Bengal. He is a right-handed opening batter. He also captained the India A cricket team, India B in Duleep Trophy and Bengal Ranji team.

He played through intense fever from dengue as he played 3 matches.
The 2019–20 Ranji Trophy was the 86th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament in India. It took place between December 2019 and March 2020. Chandigarh competed in the Ranji Trophy for the first time. Vidarbha were the defending champions.
