Achrafieh is an upper-class area in eastern Beirut, Lebanon. In strictly administrative terms, the name refers to a sector (secteur) centred on Sassine Square, the highest point in the city, as well as a broader quarter (quartier). In popular parlance, however, Achrafieh refers to the whole hill that rises above Gemmayze in the north and extends to Badaro in the south, and includes the Rmeil quarter.

Chapin High School is a public high school in El Paso, Texas. Chapin is located at the intersection of Dyer Street and Ellerthorpe Avenue. This land is reserved for the United States Government and is a part of the El Paso Independent School District. It is the only high school in the continental United States that is on government property but not owned by the government. The school enrolls over 1,800 students in grades 9 to 12. Nearly half of the students are military dependents from nearby Fort Bliss. The school also accepts students from throughout the city of El Paso as part of its pre-engineering magnet program.

Ibn Baqi or Abu Bakr Yahya Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Rahman Ibn Baqi was an Arab poet from Córdoba or Toledo in al-Andalus. Baqi is one of the best-known strophic poets and songwriters of Al-Andalus. He moved between Morocco and Al-Andalus and wrote several poems honoring members of a Moroccan family, the Banu Asara, qadis of Salé. He is especially famous for his muwashshahat. A considerable number of his poems are in the anthology of Al-Maqqari.
Said Akl was a Lebanese poet, philosopher, writer, playwright and language reformer. He is considered one of the most important Lebanese poets of the modern era. He is most famous for his advocacy on behalf of codifying the spoken Lebanese Arabic language as competency distinct from Standard Arabic, to be written in a modern modified Roman script consisting of 36 symbols that he deemed an evolution of the Phoenician alphabet. Despite this, he contributed to several literary movements in Modern Standard Arabic, producing some of the masterpieces of modern Arabic belle lettres.

Zahrat Dubai is a British Thoroughbred racehorse and broodmare. After running unplaced in her only race as a juvenile she wintered in Dubai and returned to Britain to record an impressive victory in the Musidora Stakes. She finished third when favourite for The Oaks but then defeated a strong field in the Nassau Stakes. She failed to reproduce her best form in two subsequent races and was retired at the end of the year. Zahrat Dubai became a broodmare and produced two winners from eleven foals.
