Elaine Kinsella

Elaine Kinsella (born 24 November 1981) is an Irish broadcaster. She was born in Wexford but grew up in Listowel, County Kerry.

Together with Andrew Morrissey, Elaine presents the breakfast show Kerry's Full Breakfast on weekday mornings between 7 and 9am on Radio Kerry. [1]

Elaine studied Communications in the Dublin Institute of Technology. As a student she wrote and directed a short film Ding Dong Hamlet is Dead which starred Irish actors Cillian Murphy and Nuala O'Neill.

Elaine worked as digital compositor on the BAFTA Award-winning animated film Sir Gawain and the Green Knight (Moving Still Productions, 2002).

In 2007, Elaine and Brian Hurley won the PPI Award [ clarification needed ] for Best Radio Drama for From Heartache to Hope - The Story of the Jeanie Johnston. [2] Elaine Kinsella wrote the original script.

In 2009, Elaine's second radio play 1923 premiered on Radio Kerry. The project was funded by the BCI's[ clarification needed ] Sound & Vision scheme. It was nominated in the Best Drama category at the 2009 PPI Radio Awards.

Elaine is a regular panellist on RTE's Today show. In April 2021 she guest presented the show with Daithi O Sé.

The Ray D'Arcy Show is the title given to two differing versions of a radio programme hosted by Ray D'Arcy, originally broadcast on Irish commercial radio station Today FM from the late 1990s until 2014 before transferring in February 2015 to the country's national public service broadcaster Raidió Teilifís Éireann-owned radio station RTÉ Radio 1. The show is broadcast each weekday afternoon.

Raymond Foley is an Irish television host and radio presenter. Having worked at Dublin's 98FM and SPIN 1038 early in his career, Foley moved to Today FM in 2004. In 2006, he moved to midday and presented The Ray Foley Show, with sidekick JP Gilbourne and Adelle McDonnell. He hosted the breakfast slot on 98FM from October 2012 until December 2015. He also hosts TV dating show Take Me Out on TV3. On Friday 12 October 2012, Foley and JP announced on the show that both of them would be transferring to Today FM's sister station 98FM to present the breakfast show. They both have expressed how difficult the decision was for them, due to their fondness of their workmates and friends in Today FM. In 2022, Foley returned to Today FM with an afternoon show from 2pm - 4:30pm.

98FM is a local radio station in Dublin, Ireland, operated by Bauer Media Audio Ireland, under a sound broadcasting contract from the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland. The station broadcasts on the 98.1 MHz FM frequency. 98FM's broadcast antenna is located on Three Rock Mountain, County Dublin at 5 kW, and can be heard in Dublin and neighbouring counties. 98FM also has a relay in north County Dublin, broadcasting on 97.4 MHz. Since 2022 the station has been marketed as "Dublin's Good Times"
