Eldar Hasanov (born October 10 1955 in Baku) is an Azerbaijani former Prosecutor General and diplomat who served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2010 to 2020. [1]
Hasanov was recalled from his diplomatic mission in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2020 by a presidential decree issued by Ilham Aliyev following allegation of corruption against him. After his return home, he was arrested and detained by the operatives of the State Security Service on August 13, 2020. [2] [3] [4] He was arraigned in the Baku Court for Serious Crimes with five charges of misappropriation, legalization of illegally obtained funds, abuse of office, misuse of budget funds and official forgery of the Criminal Code. He was later sent to the Court of Grave Crimes following the completion of investigation where he was reasonably suspected of embezzling budge funds to the tune of 28.3 million euro (US$33.14 million). Hasan Aziz oghlu Hasanov is an Azerbaijani politician and diplomat. He served as Azerbaijan's last communist leader, as its Prime Minister of Azerbaijan both during the Soviet rule and Azerbaijan's subsequent independence after the collapse of Soviet Union but eventually resigned.

The Ravan Baku 2011–12 season was Ravan Baku's first Azerbaijan Premier League season, which they finished in 8th place. They also took part in the 2011–12 Azerbaijan Cup, getting knocked out in the first round by FK Baku on penalties. Ravan Baku started the season under Bahman Hasanov who Resigned on 20 September 2011, being replaced by Vladislav Kadyrov who in turn was sacked on 5 February 2012, to be replaced by Bahman Hasanov.

Güler was sacked as manager on 25 August with Hasanov being brought in as caretaker manager until Ravan appointed Kemal Alispahić on 24 September. Alispahić himself was sacked on 21 December 2012, after 4 wins in 13 games, and was replaced by Ramil Aliyev. Ravan went on to finish 8th in the league. They also participate in the 2012–13 Azerbaijan Cup, reaching the Quarterfinals, where they went out 6-2 on aggregate to Khazar Lankaran.
Jahangir Fevzi oglu Hajiyev is an Azerbaijani former banker and convicted fraudster. He was the chairman of the International Bank of Azerbaijan from 2001 until he resigned in March 2015 citing health concerns. Under his stewardship, the bank had grown to become one of the prominent financial institutions in the Caucasus. On 14 October 2016, the Baku Court for Grave Crimes sentenced Hajiyev to 15 years on charges of fraud, embezzlement, and misappropriation of public funds
Rashad Hasanov is a youth activist and ex-board member of N!DA Civic Movement from September 2012 to September 2013. He was arrested on March 14, 2013, a few days after the protests held in Baku against the non-combat deaths in the military. Hasanov was accused in preparing the riots during the protests. International human rights organization, Amnesty International recognized him as a prisoner of conscience. He was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment on May 6, 2014, but later pardoned and released on March 17, 2016 being imprisoned for three years.

Momčilo Mandić is a Bosnian Serb political and business figure. He was justice minister in the government of the breakaway Republika Srpska during the Bosnian War before being reassigned to Belgrade as head of the Bosnian Serb territory's government bureau in Serbia. He was later acquitted of war crimes charges by a Bosnian court but convicted of financial offices in a separate trial and issued a five-year prison sentence.
Zamira Shirali qizi Hajiyeva is an Azerbaijani expatriate in the United Kingdom. She is married to Jahangir Hajiyev, a former chairman of the International Bank of Azerbaijan who has since been jailed there for financial crimes. In 2018 she became the first recipient of an unexplained wealth order under a new UK anti-corruption law. She was known as "Mrs A" during the legal proceedings before her identity was revealed.

The 1st Army Corps, also referred to as the Barda Army Corps, is a regional military formation of the Azerbaijani Land Forces. It is considered to be the most dangerous, strategic post of the Armed Forces. Most of its units are located on the Armenian border with Nagorno-Karabakh. It is currently led by Major General Hikmat Hasanov. It is currently deployed from Barda, which is south of Yevlakh near Ganja.
