Element Magazine is an Asian men's online magazine that focuses on fashion and lifestyle. Its coverage includes art, grooming, music, entertainment, social issues and travel. It is published bi-monthly in Singapore by Epic Media.
Element Magazine has been described as the first alternative high-fashion and lifestyle men's journal with featured stories connected to the Asian LGBTQI community in particular, and it is launched and based in Singapore. [1] [2] [3] The magazine was established by Noel Ng and Hiro Mizuhara in March 2013. [4] The decision to launch the magazine on digital platforms enabled the publishers to side-step Singapore's regulation of print media and meant it had no need to obtain a media license. It uses an Internet host server in the United States. [1] [5] Normative and positive depictions of gay people in mainstream media are currently banned in Singapore by the Media Development Authority (MDA). [6] The magazine boasts an average digital circulation of more than 15,000 since its launch. It is also the organizer of Asia Pink Awards, a regional Awards event that celebrates those campaigning for LGBTQI acceptance in Asia [7] [8]
Element Magazine often promotes and features sexual health related contents and campaigns besides fashion and lifestyle. In 2013, it launched a visual campaign to promote HIV/AIDS awareness in World AIDS Day 2013. [9]
Gay Times, also known as GAY TIMES Magazine and as GT, is a UK-based LGBTQ+ media brand established in 1984. Originally a magazine for gay and bisexual men, the company now includes content for the LGBTQ+ community across a number of outlets, including a monthly digital magazine, a website updated daily with news and culture content, and a number of social-media platforms.
Attitude is a British gay lifestyle magazine owned by Stream Publishing Limited. It is sold worldwide as a physical magazine and as a digital download. The first issue of Attitude appeared in May 1994. A separate Thai edition was published from March 2011 to April 2018, a Vietnamese edition launched in November 2013, and editions in Belgium and the Netherlands launched in February 2017.

Pink Dot SG, known endonymously as Pink Dot, is a pride event that has occurred annually since 2009 in support of the LGBT community in Singapore. Attendees of Pink Dot events gather to form a "pink dot" to show support for inclusiveness, diversity and the freedom to love in the country. Pink Dot events typically include concert performances and booths sponsored by organizations that support the LGBT community and cause in addition to the event's name-brand formation.

CozyCot is a social networking website for women from East Asia and Southeast Asia. It was founded by Nicole Yee and Clemen Chiang in 2001, as a hobby website dedicated to Asian women. Subsequently, the concept of sharing product and service information and opinions gathered a steady community, turning it into a venture business. CozyCot users interact in the forum and by reviewing beauty products, also in the live events organized by the staff. The importance of its review database is increased by an iPhone scanner software developed by CozyCot, which allows users to pull up product reviews from the website by capturing the barcodes with cameras in their iPhones. In April 2010, CozyCot launched the newspaper and, in June 2011, the mook with the same name.

On August 10, 2009, he established a company named Socialite Evenings Limited. The company changed its name on December 13, 2010, to Emmanuel Ray Promotions Limited and closed down in April 29, 2014. Emmanuel won Fashion Icon of the Year 2011 at Fashions Finest Awards UK, and was nominated for London Personality of the Year at London Lifestyle Awards 2012.

Jayne also founded and chairs the Ban Conversion Therapy Coalition. From January 1999 to December 2004, she was a member of the Archbishops' Council, the central executive body of the Church of England.

The Pink Loerie Mardi Gras and Arts Festival is an annual LGBTQ Pride carnival event and parade held in Knysna, a coastal township in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Events include their version of the Wigstock drag queen festival, a bear fest, athletic events, and an art festival. It is one of the country's largest LGBTQ events. Since its start in 2000 it has grown to be a significant event for the town culminating in the grand finale of Pink Loerie, Knysna Pride parade and its 1000-person after-party held on the final weekend with floats, performers, and DJs. The Knysna loerie is a green bird but the color pink has a long association with LGBTQ culture.
