Elements is the debut extended play by South African singer and songwriter Elaine. [1] It was self-released on 29 September 2019. [2] It was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) along with every song on the EP. [3]

Ntokozo Mdluli, known professionally as K.O, is a South African rapper. He began his career as a member of Teargas, a hip hop group which released its debut album titled K'shubile K'bovu (2006), followed by Wafa Wafa (2008), Dark or Blue (2009) and last album Num8er Num8er (2012).

Simphiwe Majobe Nhlangulela, better known by her stage name Simmy, is a South African singer-songwriter.

Mthembeni Ndevu, better known by his stage name Emtee is a South African rapper. He was born and grew up in Rockville, Soweto, where he was involved in talent shows. Ndivhuwo Elaine Mukheli, known mononymously as Elaine, is a South African R&B singer and songwriter from Pretoria. While studying law at the University of the Witwatersrand, she self-released her debut EP Elements in September 2019. The EP reached No. 1 on both the national iTunes and Apple Music album charts, making her the first independent female artist to do so.Elements was certified Platinum by RISA a year after its initial release and was nominated for Best R&B/Soul Album at the 26th South African Music Awards. Elaine was subsequently signed to Columbia Records in December 2020.
