Norsjø is a lake in the municipalities of Skien, Nome, and Midt-Telemark in Vestfold og Telemark county, Norway. The 58-square-kilometre (22 sq mi) lake sits at an elevation of 15 m (49 ft) above sea level.

The lake is the easternmost of the three connected lakes Bandak, Kviteseidvatnet and Flåvatn, which are all part of the Telemark Canal. The lake's area is 19.52 square kilometres (7.54 sq mi). The outlet is via the river Straumen (Eidselva) which flows down to the lake Norsjø.
