Eliud Owalo is currently the Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of performance and delivery Management in the Executive Office of the President of Kenya. [1] Previously, he was Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication & Digital Economy in the Cabinet of Kenya since 2022. [2] Other previous positions include Managing Consultant, Eliud & Associates Management Consultants and Director/Council Member – Kenya School of Government.

Career

Eliud is a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management; Fellow of the Economists Society of Kenya; Member, Institute of Economic Affairs; Full Member, Kenya Institute of Management; Member of the Professional Trainers’ Association of Kenya; and a Former Director/Council Member of the Kenya School of Government.

Eliud Wamukekhe Wabukala is a Kenyan Anglican Archbishop notable as a leader in the Anglican realignment. He is Bishop of the Diocese of All Saints Cathedral and the fifth Primate of the Anglican Church of Kenya. The Archbishop was a widower, following the death of his wife in 2010, and has five adult children from his first marriage. He married for the second time at 11 May 2012, in a ceremony that took place in Mombasa.

She served as the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Kenya from May 2013 to February 2018, when President Uhuru Kenyatta, after re-election, moved her to the Education docket. In March 2019, she was moved to the Sports Ministry replacing Rashid Echesa. The KNEC Director, George Magoha replaced her in the Education docket.

Osita Ogbu OON is a Nigerian politician. He is the professor of development economics at the University of Nigeria. Peninah Malonza, OGW, is a Kenyan politician who served as the Cabinet Secretary for Ministry of EAC, Arid and Semi-Arid Lands and Regional Development, in the Cabinet of Kenya, and Ex Officio Member of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) effective 5 October 2023 to July 11, 2024. She was dismissed from the cabinet in July 2024. Prior to this appointment, from 27 September 2022 until 4 October 2023, she served as the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage, the President of the 13th Governing Council of the Parties to Lusaka Agreement Task Force (LATF) on Cooperative Enforcement Operations Directed at Illegal Trade in Wild Fauna and Flora as well as the Vice Chairperson of World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Regional Commission for Africa (CAF).
