Eliud Owalo is currently the Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Delivery and Government Efficiency in the Executive Office of the President of Kenya. [1] Previously,he was Cabinet Secretary for Information,Communication &Digital Economy in the Cabinet of Kenya since 2022. [2] Other previous positions include Managing Consultant,Eliud &Associates Management Consultants and Director/Council Member –Kenya School of Government. On 16th October 2025,Eliud Owalo was named patron of Gor Mahia F.C. after the death of Raila Odinga. [3]
