Elk Mound High School is a public high school located in Elk Mound, Wisconsin. It is a member of the Dunn-St. Croix Conference.
Elk Grove is a city in Sacramento County, California, located just south of the state capital of Sacramento. It is part of the Sacramento–Arden-Arcade–Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2020 Census, the population of the city was 176,124. A 2021 Census estimate puts the population of the city at 178,977. Elk Grove has many wineries, wine cellar, and vineyards. Elk Grove was the fastest-growing city in the U.S. between July 1, 2004, and July 1, 2005, and is also presently the second-largest city in Sacramento County.
Elk Grove Village is a village in Cook and DuPage counties in the U.S. state of Illinois. Per the 2020 census, the population was 32,812. Located 20 miles (32 km) northwest of Chicago along the Golden Corridor, the Village of Elk Grove Village was incorporated on July 17, 1956. It is directly adjacent to O'Hare International Airport and is economically important to the Chicago metropolitan area due to its large industrial park, located on the eastern border of the village. The community is served by several Interstate highways including I-90, I-290/I-355/Route 53, and IL-390. Elk Grove is also expected to be served by the I-490 Western O'Hare Bypass upon completion of the project.
Elk River is a city in Sherburne County, Minnesota, United States, approximately 34 miles northwest of Minneapolis. It is situated at the confluence of the Mississippi and Elk Rivers. The population was 25,835 at the 2020 census, making Elk River the second largest city in the Central Minnesota region after St. Cloud. It is the county seat. U.S. Highways 10 and 169 and State Highway 101 are three of the main routes in Elk River, and a station on the Northstar Commuter Rail line to downtown Minneapolis is located in the city. Elk River is located 33.2 miles northwest of Minneapolis and 37.4 miles southeast of St. Cloud.
Elk Mound is a village in Dunn County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 878 at the 2010 census. The village is surrounded by the Town of Elk Mound. Carl Gerbschmidt is the most famous resident.
Elk Mound is a kame, a type of irregularly shaped hill formed by glacial debris, in northwestern Wisconsin. It has an elevation of over 1,200 feet above sea level. The hill lends its name to the village of Elk Mound, Wisconsin, as well as the Town of Elk Mound.
Elk Grove High School, or EGHS, is a public four-year high school located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Township High School District 214, which also includes Buffalo Grove High School, John Hersey High School, Prospect High School, Rolling Meadows High School, and Wheeling High School. The school services most of Elk Grove Village, as well as small portions of Des Plaines, Mount Prospect and Arlington Heights. Its feeder schools include Grove Junior High School, Holmes Junior High School, and Friendship Junior High School.
Flower Mound High School (FMHS) is part of Lewisville Independent School District and is located in Flower Mound, Texas, United States. The school rests on 52 acres (21 ha) of land that were purchased in 1993. FMHS was the second high school built in Flower Mound, after Edward S. Marcus High School. With the expansion of the town in the 1980s and 1990s, a second high school was built to accommodate the growth. Flower Mound High School has been called one of the top ten best public high schools in the Dallas area and consistently receives an "Exemplary" (highest) rating from the Texas Education Agency. The school's fight song is the Michigan Wolverines' fight song, "The Victors".
The Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District is located in the northwest corner of Tarrant County, Texas and includes 73 square miles (190 km2) of land in Saginaw, Eagle Mountain, Blue Mound and several housing additions in the City of Fort Worth, near Eagle Mountain Lake. The Cloverbelt Conference is a high school athletic conference in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It consists of 17 schools from west central Wisconsin, located between the Eau Claire – Chippewa Falls metropolitan area and the Marshfield-Wisconsin Rapids Micropolitan Statistical Area. It was formed in 1927-1928 with five members: Boyd High School, Cadott High School, Owen High School, Stanley High School, and Thorp High School. The conference is a member of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA).

The school district serves most of Elk Grove Village while serving parts of Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, and Des Plaines. The North Suburban Conference was a Minnesota State High School League recognized high school extracurricular conference including 11 schools located in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. The conference disbanded following the 2013-14 school year, after Chisago Lakes, St. Francis, and North Branch announced they would join the Mississippi 8 Conference and Robbinsdale Cooper and St. Louis Park left for the Metro West Conference.

Thompson Elk Fountain, also known as the David P. Thompson Fountain, David P. Thompson Monument, Elk Fountain, the Thompson Elk, or simply Elk, is a historic fountain and bronze sculpture by American artist Roland Hinton Perry. The fountain with its statue was donated to the city of Portland, Oregon, United States, in 1900 for display in Downtown Portland's Plaza Blocks. It is owned by the City of Portland.
Elk River High School is a public high school located in Elk River, Minnesota, United States. It is the one of four high schools in the Elk River Area School District and its feeder schools are VandenBerge Middle School and Salk Middle School. In the 2011–12 school year, Elk River had an enrollment of 1,649 students. Elk River's colors are red and white. The National Center of Education Statistics classifies the high school as a large, suburban campus. The Elk River Elks compete in the Northwest Suburban Conference of the Minnesota State High School League as well as in Section 6AAAAA (5A) for football. Elk River High School opened in 1888.
