Elshaddai Acheampong (born 16 August 2003) is a Ghanaian women's professional footballer who plays as a forward for Cypriot First Division club Apollon. She also played for Gokulam Kerala FC in the Indian Women's League and was the top scorer in the 2021-22 IWL season.

She was born in Kumasi in Ghana and started playing football at the age of six. [1] She played for Police Ladies in Ghana. [2]
