Gabel-Luddy earned a bachelor's degree from Occidental College. Gabel-Luddy earned a master's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst . [2]

Career

Gabel-Luddy started her career as a landscape designer for small parks. Gabel-Luddy joined the City of Los Angeles' Planning Department. [2]

In 2011, Gabel-Luddy won the election and became a member of the city council for Burbank, California, until April 2015. [2]

In May 2013, Gabel-Luddy became the mayor of Burbank, California, until May 2014. [3] [4]

In May 2015, as an incumbent, Gabel-Luddy won the election and continued serving as a member of city council in Burbank, California. [5]
