Brewer played the role of Kate Ramsay in the long-running Australian soap opera Neighbours from 2009 until 2014. She portrayed Ivy Forrester on the CBS Daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful from 2014 until 2018. Later that same year, she joined the cast of Home and Away as Chelsea Campbell. In 2024, she briefly returned to The Bold and the Beautiful.

Bella Nixon is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera Home and Away, played by Courtney Miller. The actress previously appeared in the serial as an extra. When the part of Bella came up, Miller felt a strong connection to the character and storyline. She was cast in June 2018 and Home and Away marks her first major television role. She made her first appearance during the episode broadcast on 26 November 2018. The character was introduced as the younger half-sister of Colby Thorne and she received several on-screen mentions as part of his early storylines. Bella's fictional backstory establishes that she and her mother were taken away by her father Ross Nixon when she was young. Bella is portrayed as sheltered, but independent and feisty. Ari Parata is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera Home and Away, played by Rob Kipa-Williams. The actor had given up acting and was training for a new career as an insurance adviser when he was given the character brief for Ari. He was initially unsure about returning to acting, but he felt like the character was a good fit for him and he auditioned for the role. After winning the part, Kipa-Williams realised that he would have to relocate to Sydney for filming. He had doubts about the move, but later admitted that he was happy he went through with it, as Home and Away helped him regain his love of acting. Kipa-Williams signed a three-year contract and he began filming around May 2019. He made his first appearance during the serial's season finale on 27 November 2019.
Mackenzie Booth is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera Home and Away, played by Emily Weir. Weir decided to audition for the role after reading the character brief. She was attending a different audition when her agent informed her that she had won the part of Mac. Weir described the moment as overwhelming and revealed that she had been a big fan of the show since she was young. She began filming in December 2018 and her casting was publicly revealed when she was photographed filming scenes at Palm Beach. Weir made her first appearance as Mac during the episode broadcast on 13 June 2019.
