Emmanuel McNeil-Warren is an American college football safety for the Toledo Rockets.
McNeil-Warren was born in Tampa, Florida and attended Lakewood High School located in St. Petersburg, Florida where he played under his father. [1] Coming out of high school, he committed to play college football for the Toledo Rockets. [2]
In his first collegiate season in 2022, he recorded seven tackles and a forced fumble. [3] During the 2023 season, McNeil-Warren tallied 69 tackles with four being for a loss, three pass deflections, two interceptions, and four forced fumbles; he had more forced fumbles than any other player in the conference. [4] [5] In week four of the 2024 season, he totaled seven tackles, a pass deflection, an interception, and a forced fumble in a loss to Western Kentucky. [6] McNeil-Warren finished the 2024 season, totaling 61 tackles and an interception after missing five games with an injury. [7] Heading into the 2025 season, he projects to be selected in the 2026 NFL draft. [8] In week one of the 2025 season, McNeil-Warren recorded eight tackles, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery against Kentucky. [9] In week two, he notched a fumble recovery, and an interception which he returned 37 yards for a touchdown, in a victory over Western Kentucky. [10]
