Eno Ebele Jerry(PhD)(born 22 February 1983) is a Nigerian pastor, revivalist, and global lead and convener of Women On Fire Network, Thursday Midnight Prayers & bible reading clubs. She currently serves as the Resident Pastor at Streams of Joy International in Umuahia and is the Vice President of the Jerry Eze Foundation. A human resource professional and advocate for good governance, she is recognized for her work in public sector reforms, inclusion, human capital development, and empowering both women and men globally, especially those who are unchurched and even young adults.. Eno Jerry is married to Nigerian Pentecostal pastor Jerry Eze.

Eno Ebele Jerry ^[1] born on February 22, 1983 to Late Professor Ene- Obong and Professor (Mrs.) Ene- Obong.

She is married to Pastor Jerry Eze, the Global Senior Pastor of Streams of Joy International ^[2] , convener of New Seasons Prophetic Prayers (NSPPD), and Founder of the Jerry Eze Foundation and they have children together ^{[3] [4]}

Education

Eno Jerry holds a PhD in Human Resources Management also from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT, Enugu State. She has earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a Masters in International Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich London. ^[5]

Dr. Eno Jerry Eze's professional career spans both the private and public sectors, with roles in banking, oil and gas, human resources consulting, public service, people-centered governance, and public speaking.

She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in International Human Resource Management, and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. She is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Jeno Management Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in human resources, business partnerships, strategy, and sector-wide transformation. Her areas of expertise include strategic human resource management, integration, public service reforms, and change management ^[11] .

Dr. Eno Jerry Eze was appointed Chairman of the Abia State Civil Service Commission by Governor Alex Otti (OFR) ^[12] . In this role, she is responsible for leading sustainable reforms and innovations aimed at modernizing the state's public service ^[13] .. Her work focuses on implementing merit-based systems, integrating technology into public service management, and strategic human capital development. She also serves as the State Focal Person for Human Capital Development in Abia State.
