Enzo Oliveri

Vincenzo Oliveri (born 3 February 1963) is an Italian-born celebrity chef who specialises in Italian cuisine. He was born in Palermo in the region of Sicily. He has been a resident of the United Kingdom since moving to England in 1990. Better known as Enzo Oliveri or "The Sicilian Chef".

Representing today the federation Italian Chefs [FIC] in the United Kingdom, Oliveri is on the board on the International Hospitality Council [IHC] and is Judge of the Italian National Young Chefs and Young Chef Olympiad [YCO] in India. Oliveri has also worked with several Italian companies and brands, firstly with Fratelli La Bufala UK, and was the keener of more than six restaurants and of a kitchen school in Bromley, London.

Oliveri is the official Executive Chef to the Italian National Cycling team and Alitalia UK.

He made a great contribution to the spread of Italian cuisine in England and can be seen at work in the Channel 4 programme "Kitchen Impossible" with Chef Michel Roux Jr and together with the Italian chef Aldo Zilli. In the series "Sicily with Aldo & Enzo", on another British Television, he is also a good friend of another celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsey. They appeared on Channel 4 together for F Word in Go Octopus Hunting in Sicily. Oliveri has also worked with Paul Hollywood for City Bakers on the Food Newtwork. Oliveri is now chef patron at Tasting Sicily Enzo's Kitchen in Piccadilly. Enzo Oliveri has been Awarded by the President of Italy, the honorary Cavaliere Ufficiale OSI, the equivalent of the English MBE form the work done has an Ambassador of Italy in the World true Hospitality Food and Culture.

He hosts the cooking show, Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello, on the Food Network and hosts NapaStyle on the Fine Living Network. Aldo Zilli is a celebrity chef specialising in Italian cuisine, based since 1976 in the United Kingdom. One of nine children, he was born in the small seaside town of Alba Adriatica in the central Italian region of Abruzzo, and moved to England at the age of 20.

Le Gavroche Restaurant in London, England

Le Gavroche is a restaurant at 43 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair, London. It was opened in 1967 by Michel and Albert Roux although the original premises were at 61 Lower Sloane Street until 1981. The restaurant offers classical French food, although some dishes are more modern. Notable dishes are Soufflé Suissesse ; Le Caneton Gavroche ; and Omelette Rothschild. Its name comes from the character Gavroche in Victor Hugo's Les Misérables.

The Waterside Inn

The Waterside Inn, located in Bray, Berkshire, England, was founded by the brothers Michel and Albert Roux after the success of Le Gavroche. It is currently run by Michel's son, Alain. The restaurant has three Michelin stars, and in 2010 it became the first restaurant outside France to retain all three stars for twenty-five years.

Michel Albert Roux previously known as Michel Roux Jr., is an English two-star Michelin chef at the London restaurant Le Gavroche.

Éric Chavot is a French Michelin starred chef. He was working the head chef at the Bob Bob Cité and Bob Bob Ricard restaurants in London until January 2020, as well as the consultant chef at the Royal Albert Hall's Coda restaurant. Born in Arcachon, Gironde, Chavot was trained at the Boucanier, then at the Patio.

Fred Sirieix is a French maître d'hôtel best known for appearing on Channel 4's First Dates, and BBC Two's Million Pound Menu. Sirieix grew up in Limoges, France and trained to work in front of house in a Michelin-starred restaurant in France before working at La Tante Claire in London. Until 2019 he was the general manager of Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton. Sirieix is the founder of National Waiters Day, the training tool the Art of Service, and the Galvin Cup and Galvin's Chance charities. He helped to launch the Right Course, which teaches prisoners about the service industry, and has also released a book called First Dates: The Art of Love and a music track, "La Vie Continue". He has been featured in an ITV show, with Gordon Ramsay and Gino D'Acampo, entitled Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip (2019), and Remarkable Places to Eat on BBC Two (2019).

Georgios Evlampios (Akis) Petretzikis is a Greek celebrity chef. Born and raised in Thessaloniki, he started working on the family business when he was 16 years old. When he turned 18, he moved to Athens to study Accounting and Finance in the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. He also started studying in a culinary school. In 2006, he moved to the United Kingdom where he worked for 5 years. In 2010, he returned to Greece to take part in the competitive cooking show The Master Chef. Six months later he was named the 1st Greek Master Chef. He appeared in the morning show To Proino Mou from 2012 to 2014. From 2012 until 2014 he worked as a Head Chef in Michel Roux’s restaurant Avenue Bistro in the Metropolitan Hotel. In 2014, he started his own web cooking show on his YouTube channel, Kitchen Lab. He also started Akis’ Kitchen, an English-language web cooking show. Since 2014, he has hosted various cooking shows: Kan’ to opos o Akis, Istories apo ti lista, Mia valitsa gemati gefsis, Ready, Steady, Cook (2016–2017), and Kitchen Lab (2017–2019). Since 2015, he is collaborating with Fresh One Productions making recipes for Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube channel. He is one of the 15 official affiliates of the channel. Petretzikis is the CEO of Akis Petretzikis Ltd – a company that publishes cooking magazines and books, produces cooking shows, runs restaurants and an e-shop with various gifts and kitchen products, designed by himself.
