Eoghan Ruadh, Dungannon GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club is solely concerned with the game of hurling.
The Eoghan Ruadh club was founded in Dungannon in 1944 and is named for Owen Roe O'Neill (c. 1585–1649). [1] Since then, the club has won several titles in the Tyrone Senior Hurling Championship, and lies second only to Eire Óg Carrickmore on the all-time roll of honour with 24 titles. For most of that time the club had no permanent base and played their matches at O'Neill Park, the home of Dungannon Clarke's GFC, and other neighbouring grounds. In 2015, the club opened their own complex at Donaghmore Road. [2] Further improvements to the club's facilities were undertaken in subsequent years. [3]

Bernard Brogan is a Gaelic footballer from the St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh club who previously played for the Dublin county team. He is originally from the Battery Heights. From a famous footballing family, he is the son of former All-Ireland winning and All Star player Bernard Brogan Snr and is the brother of former Dublin players Alan and Paul. His uncle Jim was also an inter-county footballer for Dublin. Alongside most of his family, Brogan has attended St. Declan's College on Navan Road.
St Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh is a Gaelic Athletic Association club situated on the Navan Road on the northside of Dublin, Ireland. St Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh senior football team currently have no sponsor. Plunketts won the 2006 Dublin AFL Division 2 title and won the 2007 Dublin AFL Division 1 title. Plunketts currently compete in the Dublin Senior Hurling League Division 1 and Dublin Senior B, Division 2 Camogie League.
