The Ephraim Village Hall is located in Ephraim, Wisconsin.
Originally to house municipal functions, the building has also been used as a library and for various social functions. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and on the State Register of Historic Places in 1989. [2]
Wingspread, also known as the Herbert F. Johnson House, is a historic house in Wind Point, Wisconsin. It was built in 1938–39 to a design by Frank Lloyd Wright for Herbert Fisk Johnson Jr., then the president of S.C. Johnson, and was considered by Wright to be one of his most elaborate and expensive house designs to date. The property is now a conference center operated by The Johnson Foundation. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1989.

The Eagle Bluff Light, also known as Eagle Bluff lighthouse, or simply Eagle Bluff, is a lighthouse located near Ephraim in Peninsula State Park in Door County, Wisconsin. Construction was authorized in 1866, but the lighthouse was not actually built until 1868 at a cost of $12,000. It was automated in 1926. Restoration work began on the Eagle Bluff Light in 1960 and was completed in 1963, upon completion the Lighthouse was opened for tours. The lighthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
The Alligator Effigy Mound is an effigy mound in Granville, Ohio, United States. The mound is believed to have been built between AD 800 and 1200 by people of the Fort Ancient culture. The mound was likely a ceremonial site, as it was not used for burials.

The Ephraim Davis House is a historic First Period house on Merrimack Road, north of the junction with Amesbury Line Road in Haverhill, Massachusetts. It is now an outbuilding of a farm, functioning as a garage and storage space. The first part of the 2+1⁄2-story house was built in 1705 by Ephraim Davis, who married in that year. This consisted of a central chimney and rooms to its right; rooms to the left of the chimney, and a leanto section in the back, were added later in the 18th century. The house remained in the hands of Davis descendants into the late 19th century. The house has been unoccupied since 1929, and has seen a variety of farm-related uses since then. Its surviving First Period elements of note are its oak timber frame and central chimney, although it is possible the chimney is a later 18th century rebuilding.
The Ephraim Weston House is a historic house in Reading, Massachusetts. It is incorrectly listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Ephrain Weston House, at 224 West Street. It was built in the early years of the 19th century by Ephraim Weston, a local real estate developer and businessman; he operated a local general store and a shoe manufacturing business, one of the early such businesses in the town. It is a two-story wood-frame structure, with a hip roof and two chimneys. The main facade faces south, and has a single-story porch extending across its width, supported by square posts. The building corners are pilastered, and a single-story bay projects from the west side. The house is locally distinctive as a rare Federal period house with a hip roof and later applied Italianate styling.

Jischke's Meat Market is a historic building located at 414 Maple Dr. in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. Built in 1902, the building was originally a butcher shop run by Frank Jischke and his son M. J. The Jischkes were German immigrants who settled in Door County in 1892; they originally lived in Ephraim and later moved to Sister Bay. In addition to his work at the butcher shop, M. J. Jischke was a prominent citizen in Sister Bay who served as constable and postmaster.
The Ephraim and Emma Woodworth Truesdell House is a private house located at 1224 Haggerty Road in Canton Township, Michigan. The structure is significant because it is one of the most finely crafted houses in the township and because of its association with one of the most important families in the area. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Gibraltar District School No. 2 is a historic one-room school on the Door Peninsula in the town of Gibraltar, Door County, Wisconsin, United States. Built in the 1860s to serve children in the village of Ephraim, it operated as a school for approximately eighty years before closing and being converted into a museum. It has been designated a historic site because of its place in the area's history.
Gibraltar Area Schools is a school district headquartered in Fish Creek, an unincorporated area in the town of Gibraltar, Wisconsin. It has two schools: Gibraltar Elementary School (K-6) and Gibraltar Secondary School (7-12). It serves communities in northern Door County, including Fish Creek, Baileys Harbor, Ephraim, Egg Harbor, Ellison Bay, Gills Rock, and Sister Bay. As of 2014 about 578 students attend schools in this district.
