Though it never aired on television, the epilogue was released on August 24, 2010, as part of the DVD release for the sixth and final season of the series. On August 6, 2010, the epilogue was leaked online, 18 days before the official release.

No Tomorrow was canceled on May 8, 2017; five days later, an epilogue to the series was released.
