Tacoma Defiance, formerly Seattle Sounders FC 2, is an American professional soccer team based in Puget Sound region in Tukwila, Washington, U.S. that competes in the MLS Next Pro, a league in the third tier of the United States soccer league system, as the reserve team of Seattle Sounders FC.
