Erik Dalheim

Erik Dalheim (born 4 October 1940 in Drammen) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party.

He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Buskerud in 1981, and was re-elected on four occasions.

Dalheim held various positions in Drammen municipality council from 1971 to 1983, serving as mayor in the periods 19751979. In 19711975 he was also a member of Buskerud county council.

Buskerud County Municipality Former County in Norway

Buskerud County Municipality was the regional governing administration of the old Buskerud county in Norway. The county municipality was established in its most recent form on 1 January 1976 when the law was changed to allow elected county councils in Norway. The county municipality was dissolved on 1 January 2020, when Buskerud was merged with the neighboring counties of Akershus and Østfold, creating the new Viken county which is led by the Viken County Municipality. The administrative seat is located in Drammen and the county mayor was Roger Ryberg.

Buskerud (Storting constituency) Constituency of the Storting, the national legislature of Norway

Buskerud is one of the 19 multi-member constituencies of the Storting, the national legislature of Norway. The constituency was established in 1921 following the introduction of proportional representation for elections to the Storting. It consists of the municipalities of Ål, Drammen, Flå, Gol, Hemsedal, Hol, Hole, Jevnaker, Kongsberg, Krødsherad, Lier, Modum, Nesbyen, Nore og Uvdal, Øvre Eiker, Ringerike, Rollag and Sigdal in the county of Viken. The constituency currently elects seven of the 169 members of the Storting using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. At the 2021 parliamentary election it had 191,637 registered electors.
