Erkki Risto Olavi Pajari (born 1933) is a Finnish diplomat. He is a lawyer by education and has served as a negotiating officer in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs from 1979 to 1982 and Finnish Ambassador to Bogota from 1982 [1] to 1985, in Alger from 1985 to 1987 [2] and in Tunis from 1985 to 1987 [3]

Erik Håkan Hellqvist was a Finnish diplomat. He was the Consul General of Finland in Gothenburg from March 1, 1973, to 1977 and Finnish Ambassador to Lusaka from 1980 to 1983. From 1984 to 1988 he was a negotiating officer from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, from 1988 to 1989, Ambassador to Kuala Lumpur and again from 1989 the State Secretary for Negotiation. Hellqvist died on 26 July 2004, at the age of 77.

Garth Christopher Castrén is a Finnish diplomat, a master of political science education. He has been Finnish Ambassador to Lusaka, 1984–1987, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, 1987, Deputy Director of the Development Cooperation Department 1988–1989, Consul General in New York City–1992 and Ambassador to Cairo 1992–1997 and in Ankara from 2000 to 2004.
