Parma is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, located on the southern edge of Cleveland. As of the 2020 census, its population was 81,146. Football Club Dynamo Kyiv is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. The Ukrainian Premier League or UPL as a sports competition is the highest division of Ukrainian annual football championship.
