Harvest is the fourth studio album by Canadian-American musician Neil Young, released on February 1, 1972, by Reprise Records, catalogue number MS 2032. It featured the London Symphony Orchestra on two tracks and vocals by guests David Crosby, Graham Nash, Linda Ronstadt, Stephen Stills, and James Taylor. It topped the Billboard 200 album chart for two weeks, and spawned two hit singles, "Old Man", which peaked at No. 31 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and "Heart of Gold", which reached No. 1. It was the best-selling album of 1972 in the United States.

Rose Tattoo are an Australian rock and roll band, now led by Angry Anderson, which formed in Sydney in 1976. Charlie Brown Jr. was a Brazilian rock band from Santos, São Paulo. Massacration is a fictional American heavy metal band created by Brazilian humorists and musicians Bruno Sutter, Fausto Fanti, Marco Antônio Alves, Adriano Silva and Felipe Torres, all of them part of the comedy troupe Hermes & Renato. Heavily influenced by the similar semi-fictional metal act Spinal Tap and self-styled as "a banda da galera", Massacration is a light-hearted parody of heavy metal subculture and "metalhead/headbanger" stereotypes, lampooning the music and aesthetics of such famous metal bands as Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Manowar, Sepultura, Angra, among others. The band's music features humorous lyrics written in a combination of intentionally broken English and Portuguese, sung in an exaggerated falsetto by Sutter.

Its recording took place at Nas Nuvens studio in Rio de Janeiro and lasted for little more than two months.
Nando Reis is a Brazilian musician and producer, best known as the former bassist and one of the lead singers of Brazilian rock band Titãs and for his successful solo career, with his own band called Os Infernais. He has also produced a few albums, including some related to Cássia Eller, who has made several significant partnerships with him, and Marisa Monte. In 2012, Nando Reis was listed among the top ten Brazilian artists at the ECAD list of artists who earned the most from copyright in the first semester of that year. In 2016, he was at the 15th position, besides being 6th in the ranking of earnings from live performances and topped the ranking of earnings from music played in public places.

Flávio Guimarães is a Brazilian composer, harmonica player and singer. Considered a blues pioneer in Brazil, he founded the band Blues Etílicos in 1986, which is considered the most successful Brazilian blues group. Sei is the seventh album by Brazilian band Nando Reis e os Infernais. It was recorded in Seattle, Washington, with the help of producer Jack Endino, who had already produced four studio albums for Titãs, Nando Reis' ex-band. According to Nando, Endino is the "right guy" to record Os Infernais' sound.
Metrô is a Brazilian band formed in 1978, then known as A Gota Suspensa before renaming themselves in 1984. Skylab VIII is the eighth studio album by the Brazilian musician Rogério Skylab, the eighth in his series of ten eponymous, numbered albums. It was self-released on July 29, 2008; to promote the album's release, Skylab made an exclusive performance at the Cine Lapa in Rio de Janeiro. Skylab VIII's liner notes state that it was dedicated to Marcos Petrilo, a long-time friend of Skylab who executive-produced his first two releases; he is also mentioned in the lyrics of "Meu Diário". Skylab has once claimed that while he doesn't think of Skylab VIII as one of his best albums, its cover art was one of his favorites.
Rosa de Saron is a Christian-themed Brazilian rock band that formed within the Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement in 1988, in Campinas, known for being one of the forerunners of Christian metal in Brazil. The band currently consists of Bruno Faglioni (vocals), Eduardo Faro (guitar), Rogério Feltrin (bass), and Wellington Greve (drums). Their first album, Diante da Cruz, was released in 1994, and they released their next album, Angústia Suprema, in 1997. In 1999, the band recorded Olhando de Frente. In 2002, after a change of vocalists, Rosa de Saron launched the album Depois do Inverno. Their next record, Casa dos Espelhos, came out in 2005, and in 2007, they put out Acoustic CD.

Bratislava is a Brazilian rock band formed in São Paulo in 2010. The current line-up consists of Victor Meira, Jonas Andrade (guitar), José Roberto Orlando (bass) and Lucas Felipe Franco (drums). Their second album, Um Pouco Mais de Silêncio, released in a fanzine format, was featured in various 2015 "best of" lists by specialized sites. Newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo considered the band one of the musical bets for 2016.
