The Subcommittee on Tax Matters (FISC) is a subcommittee of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs of the European Parliament. Since its inception in September 2020, this subcommittee has been chaired by Paul Tang. [1]
The Scotland Act 1998(c. 46) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which legislated for the establishment of the devolved Scottish Parliament with tax varying powers and the Scottish Government.
