The Trunk Line is a railway line in Norway which runs between Oslo and Eidsvoll. The line is owned by Bane NOR.
NSB El 14 is a Norwegian electric locomotive operated by CargoNet for freight trains hauling. Built between 1968 and 1973 by Thune as a general purpose engine for the Norwegian State Railways (NSB), they were seen hauling passenger trains until the 1980s. Of the 31 units numbered 14 2164 to 14 2190 and 14 2197 to 14 2200, 11 remain in service.
Evanger is a former municipality in the Voss district of the old Hordaland county in Norway. The municipality existed from 1885 until 1964 when it was dissolved and its lands split between two municipalities. The 590-square-kilometre (230 sq mi) municipality included the eastern part of the Eksingedalen valley, the area surrounding the lake Evangervatnet, and the Bergsdalen valley.
Evangervatnet or Lake Evanger is a lake in Voss Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The Vosso River flows through both Vangsvatnet and Evangervatnet before it empties into Bolstadfjorden by the village of Bolstadøyri. Evangervatnet is named for the village of Evanger, located on the eastern end of the lake. The last element vatnet is the definite form of vatn meaning lake.
Hamlagrøvatnet is a lake on the border of the municipalities of Voss and Kvam in Vestland county, Norway. The 10.3-square-kilometre (4.0 sq mi) lake is the largest lake in all of Hordaland county. The lake is located about 17 kilometres (11 mi) southeast of the village of Dalekvam and about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south of the village of Evanger.
The Nesttun–Os Line was a narrow gauge railway between Nesttun, now part of Bergen, and the community of Osøyro in Os municipality, Norway. As the first private railway in Norway, it opened 1 June 1894, designed to connect Os to the Voss Line, allowing for passenger and freight transport to Bergen and Voss. Despite a boom caused by World War I, the railway was eventually driven out of business by competition from road transport, which provided faster service. On 2 September 1935, it became the first Norwegian railway to close, and most of the railway was dismantled the following year.

Hauerseter–Gardermoen Line, previously also known as the Gardermoen Line, is an abandoned, 6.7-kilometer (4.2 mi) branch line in Ullensaker, Norway, which connected Hauerseter Station on the Trunk Line to Gardermoen Air Station. The line had three branches at Gardermoen, one of which led to Trandum.
The Lier Line or LB is an abandoned railway line that ran through Lier in Norway. The private, narrow gauge railway branched from the Drammen Line at the old Lier Station, and ran 21.15 kilometers (13.14 mi) to Svangstrand on the lake Tyrifjorden, where it connected with a steam ship operated by the railway company. Among the villages the line served were Egge, Sjåstad and Sylling, in addition to two branch lines, from Iledalen to Tronstad Bruk, and from Egge to Egge Gravel Pit.

The Norwegian Railway Club is an association which is involved in the preservation of Norwegian museum railways. NMT has its operating base at Hønefoss Station in Ringerike, Norway. The society was founded on 22 May 1969, and is based at Bryn Station in Oslo, but with local groups all over the country. It publishes the magazine På Sporet four times a year, as well as publishing numerous books. The club also operates two heritage railways, the Old Voss Line in Bergen, and the Krøder Line. Most of the work is done by volunteers.

Evanger Church is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Voss Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Evanger. It is the church for the Evanger og Bolstad parish which is part of the Hardanger og Voss prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Bjørgvin. The white, wooden church was built in a long church design in 1851 using plans drawn up by the architect Hans Linstow. The church seats about 250 people.
