Expert RA is Russia's oldest credit rating agency and also the largest one in terms of both customers and headcount. Expert RA has been assigning credit ratings for 20 years. Expert RA is on the list of authorized rating institutions, meaning that its credit ratings are applicable for regulatory purposes to banks, insurers, pension funds, and debt issuers.

Expert RA has more than 700 credit ratings outstanding, including 449 issuer and 334 issue credit ratings (as of January 1, 2022). [14]  

The agency assigns credit ratings to regions and municipalities. [15]

Communications & Analytics

Expert RA addresses key national issues in cooperation with government agencies, public associations, and regional authorities.

Surveys

Expert RA publishes over 50 research papers and analytical reports on insurance, banking, asset management, leasing, factoring, auditing, consulting and other industries annually [1] as well rankings. [16]

RusRating is a credit rating agency located in Russia founded in 2001. In 2013 Kommersant said it was the smallest in the country, with about 30 customers, about 4 percent of the market.

China Chengxin Credit Rating Group was founded in Beijing on 8 October 1992 through the incorporation of China Chengxin Credit Management Co Ltd, which is the first nationwide credit rating company of China. Subsequently, it formed subsidiaries and established branches across China, including China Chengxin International Credit Rating Company Limited. The share-holder structure of the joint venture company was changed in 2006 when Moody's came in to take over the equity positions of Fitch and the supranational institution. The company is one of the few major credit rating agencies currently operating in China.

ACRA is a rating agency based in Moscow, Russia. It was established in 2015, with Yekaterina Trofimova as its CEO.

Novotrans Group of Companies is a Russian transportation holding involved in railway cargo operations, carriage maintenance, infrastructure projects, stevedoring, seaport operations. Sustainable finance is the set of financial regulations, standards, norms and products that pursue an environmental objective. It allows the financial system to connect with the economy and its populations by financing its agents while maintaining a growth objective. The long-standing concept was promoted with the adoption of the Paris Climate Agreement, which stipulates that parties must make "finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development." Brusnika is a Russian real estate developer that specialises in residential high-rise construction. The company was founded in 2004. Its headquarters are located in Yekaterinburg with projects concentrated in Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Surgut, Vidny and Kurgan.
