This article contains the details of the pavilions in Expo 2015. The 2015 World Expo Milan covers more than 2.9 square kilometers and contains more than 70 exposition pavilions. More than 145 countries and 50 international organizations registered to participate in the 2015 Milan Expo.

This pavilion's theme was Agricultural Heritage and Technological Development for Food Self-Sufficiency and describes how difficult hunting and obtaining water is in its arid conditions. There was also a food area which served cous cous and other offerings from the national cuisine. [5]

Theme Concept: Mauricio Cárdenas, Studio Cárdenas; Architecture Concept: Manuel Villa Arquitectos; Architectural Design: Mauricio Cárdenas, Studio Cárdenas [22] The Colombia Pavilion theme was "Naturally Sustainable", a concept that was experienced throughout the exhibition of the five thermal floors the country has: hot, temperate, cold, moorland and perennial snow. The possibility of having a stable temperature during 365 days, allows the country to be a constant food producer, a breadbasket of the world. The archietecture of the pavilion was inspired in Colombia's geography having 4 modules of different height and extension. [23] Colombia Pavilion received second place in the category "Best heritage for future generations" special prize given by the World Association of Agronomists at the Class Expo Pavilion Heritage Award. [7]

Paolo Brescia is an Italian architect and founder of OBR Open Building Research. Vincenzo Eusebi is an Italian engineer, architect and designer. Eusebi studied engineering and architecture at the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Giuseppe Sala</span> Italian politician (born 1958)

Giuseppe "Beppe" Sala is an Italian manager and politician, currently mayor of Milan. He was CEO of Expo 2015 in Milan from 2010 to 2015. He became mayor of Milan in 2016, supported by the centre-left coalition, and he was confirmed for a second term in the 2021 municipal election.

The 2016–17 LBA season, was the 95th season of the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA), known for sponsorship reasons as the Serie A PosteMobile, the highest-tier level professional basketball league in Italy. The regular season started on 2 October 2016 and finished on 7 May 2017, with the playoffs started on 12 May and finished between 16 and 22 June depending on results.

Beatrice Maria Adelaide Marzia Vio, better known as Bebe Vio, is an Italian wheelchair fencer, the 2014 and 2016 European champion, 2015 and 2017 World champion, and 2016 and 2020 Paralympic champion in the foil B category.

The Collegio di Milano is a merit-based inter-university campus intended to accommodate Italian and foreign students from public and private universities in Milan, who have demonstrated unique talent and enthusiasm in their studies and have obtained outstanding results. The Collegio is a nonprofit organisation made possible by a foundation composed of seven universities and public and private businesses.
