FC Luys-Ararat (Armenian : Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Լույս-Արարատ), is a defunct Armenian football club from the capital Yerevan. The club was dissolved in 1994 and is currently inactive from professional football.^[1]

The city also serves as the seat of the Araratian Pontifical Diocese; the largest diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church and one of the oldest dioceses in the world.
