FC Vanadzor (Armenian : Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Վանաձոր), is a defunct Armenian football club from the town of Vanadzor, Lori Province. [1]

The club made its professional debut in the independent Armenian leagues in the 1992 Armenian First League. The club also went by the names Avtogen Vanadzor and Astgh Vanadzor.

Stadium

Lori Stadium of Vanadzor was the home ground of FC Vanadzor. The stadium is able to host 5,000 spectators.

The 2017–18 Armenian First League season was the 26th since its establishment. The season was launched on August 7, 2017, and concluded on May 28, 2018. Banants-2 were the defending champions from the previous season.

The 2004 Armenian First League season started on 1 May 2004. The last matches were played on 15 November 2004. Pyunik-2 became the league champions, but because they are a reserve team they were unable to promote to the Armenian Premier League.
