The club was founded in 2005 on the base of FC Norchi Dinamoeli. The founding teammates were born in 1993. The most popular players of this team were Davit Skhirtladze and Giorgi Kvilitaia, who eventually left. The owner of this team was Gia Sichinava. The club colours were red/black.
