The FIL European Luge Natural Track Championships, part of the International Luge Federation (FIL), have taken place since 1970. A team event was added for the 2010 championships. The FIL World Luge Natural Track Championships 2007 took place in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. It was the first time that the championships were held outside Europe.

Erich Graber was an Italian luger who competed from the mid-1960s to the early 1980s. A natural track luger, he won two medals in the men's singles event at the FIL World Luge Natural Track Championships.
