Falkoner Centre (Danish: Falkoner Centret) is a hotel and conference complex located in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It mainly consists of Scandic Falconer Hotel & Conference Centre. It has two venues which play host to both conferences such as concerts and shows.
The corner of Falkoner Allé and Howitzvej where the centre complex now stands, was previously the site of Frederiksberg's first town hall which was built there in 1886 but torn down in 1953. The new centre was built between 1958 and 1959 to a Modernist design by Ole Hagen. It was the tallest building of Denmark from 1958 to 1960, when it was surpassed by the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. [1] It was the site of the last concert by Judy Garland on March 25, 1969, with opening act by singer Johnnie Ray. The Doors also played there as did Kiss. It was renovated in 1987 and given a new stainless steel cladding. [2]
The hotel was previously owned by SAS but changed hands in connection with the company's sale of its hotel activities to Radisson Blu.
Falkoner Centre contains two venues. The larger one, Falkonersalen (formerly Falkoner Teatret), with a capacity of some 2,000 people, is mainly used for conferences and single-day events such as Annual general meeting. Falconer Teatret was a very popular venue for concerts during the 1970s and 1980s. [3] The smaller one, Falkonerscenen, was originally a cinema but is now used for cultural activities such as concerts and theatrical performances and shows. [4]
The four-starred Radisson Blu Falkoner Hotel has 140 rooms, 26 suites and the restaurant Backstage Bar &Restaurant.

Frederiksberg Allé is a tree-lined avenue which runs through the southernmost part of the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It connects Vesterbrogade at Værnedamsvej to Frederiksberg Runddel in front of the main entrance to Frederiksberg Gardens. It was originally constructed in 1704 as the king's private road leading to his new summer residence, Frederiksberg Palace. It developed into the backbone of an entertainment district in the mid 18th century, and has continued to be associated with theatres until the present day. The avenue is lined with two double rows of linden trees and bisects Sankt Thomas Plads, a small round plaza, shortly after its departure from Vesterbrogade.
Lorry is a former entertainment venue in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. Its history as an entertainment venue goes back to 1834 when the country house Enighedslyst was converted into a tea garden. The name refers to a later owner, Frederik Laurentius Feilberg, who was popularly known as Lorry. The listed building complex now houses TV2/Lorry, TV2's local news station for the Copenhagen area; a small theatre, Riddersalen; and a café.

Allégade is the oldest street in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Frederiksberg Runddel to Frederiksberg Town Hall Square, along the east side of Frederiksberg Gardens, connecting Pile Allé to Falkoner Allé. The streetscape is, in spite of the central location, characterized by houses that are pulled back from the street with front gardens behind white fences. Several buildings are old country houses from the time when Frederiksberg was a summer destination outside Copenhagen. Along the northernmost part of the street, on its west side, is a narrow garden complex, Digterlunden with a statue of Holger Drachmann.

Josty is a historic restaurant venue situated inside Frederiksberg Gardens, off Pile Allé, in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is now mainly operated as an event venue but also has a small number of hotel rooms and operates a café on the Veranda facing the park in the summer time. The current building is from 1899 but the place traces its history back to a pastry café which opened at the site in 1824.
Nyelandsvej is a street in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Falkoner Allé in the southeast to a roundabout at the north end of Dalgas Boulevard in the northwest. The more urban, eastern part of the street, between Falkoner Allé and Nordre Fasanvej, separates an area with Copenhagen Business School's Solbjerg Campus and Frederiksberg Centret to the south from the Svømmehal Quarter to the north. Falkonergården was a royal Danish facility for stabling of peregrine falcons for falconry located in Frederiksberg outside Copenhagen from 1670. It closed in 1810 and the buildings have been demolished except for one wing which is still seen in an alley off Falkoner Allé. Falkonergården is commemorated in Frederiksberg Municipality's shield as well as in the names of several buildings and public spaces.
Howitzvej is a street in Frederiksberg, a municipality surrounded by Copenhagen, Denmark. It runs from Falkoner Allé in the east to Nordre Fasanvej where it turns into Finsensvej before the name changes again to Jernbane Allé on the border with Vanløse.
