Farid Zizi is a French public servant. On 1 August 2018, he was nominated CEO of France Aviation Civile Services (formerly DSNA Services). [1]

Biography

A graduate from the École Polytechnique and the ENAC, he starts his career as responsible of operational and technical requirements and maintenance operations of ATM systems for French Airports and ACCs at the Operational Direction of DSNA. [2]

Then, at ENAC, he became head of the ATM department, and then head of Education and Research. [3] During seven years, he was President of the Air Navigation Commission at ICAO. [4]

On 1 August 2018, he was nominated CEO of DSNA Services, which became France Aviation Civile Services in 2019. [5]

The direction des Services de la navigation aérienne (DSNA) is the agency in charge of air traffic control, communication and information for France. It is a part of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and was created by decree in February 2005. The DSNA works in close coordination with its military counterpart, DIRCAM and since 2011 military controllers and civil controllers are being integrated into the same control centers using the same systems. DSNA is integrated into the Central European Functional Airspace Block (FABEC). Maurice Georges is the Director of Air Navigation Services (DSNA) since July 2009. DSNA Headquarters is in Paris.

Olivier Chansou was born on 1965, is a French public servant. Since 27 November 2017, he is the director-general of the École nationale de l'aviation civile.
