Farooq Kirmani (born 1 June 1955) is a former international cricketer who represented the Canadian national team between 1982 and 1991. He was born in Pakistan,and played at first-class level there before emigrating to Canada.
A right-handed middle-order batsman,Kirmani made his first-class debut in February 1972,aged 16,playing for the Karachi Whites in the BCCP Patron's Trophy. [1] He scored a maiden half-century the following season,making 76 not out against the Public Works Department. [2] In May 1974,Kirmani played a single match for the Karachi Blues in the Kardar Summer Shield,a knock-out competition. He returned to the Karachi Whites for the next edition of the Patron's Trophy,and later in the 1974–75 season represented Sindh in the Pentangular Trophy,a one-off event played in Lahore. Kirmani's final first-class appearance came in January 1975,when he played a game for Sindh B in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy. [1]
After emigrating to Canada,Kirmani made his international debut at the 1982 ICC Trophy in England. He finished with 122 runs from his three innings,making against Kenya his team's highest score of the tournament,107 runs. [3] At the 1986 edition of the tournament,Kirmani scored 191 runs,behind only Paul Prashad and Ron Dipchand for Canada. He made two half-centuries,scoring 51 against Hong Kong and 57 against Israel. [4] For the 1990 ICC Trophy,Kirmani was appointed Canada's captain,replacing Clement Neblett from the previous event. Neither he nor his team had much success –Canada were knocked out in the second round,winning only half of their six matches overall,and Kirmani made only 90 runs in six innings. [3] He played his last match for Canada the following year,aged 36,appearing against the United States in Calgary. [5]
Danish Parabha Shankar Kaneria,is a Pakistani former cricketer who played for the Pakistan national cricket team between 2000 and 2010. A right-arm leg spinner who could bowl a googly,Kaneria played 61 Test matches for Pakistan and took 261 wickets at an average of 34.79. He was the second Hindu,after his cousin Anil Dalpat,and the seventh non-Muslim overall to represent Pakistan in international cricket.

Shahzad Altaf Hussain is a Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team between 1994 and 1998. He played as a right-arm pace bowler,and opened the bowling in two matches at the 1996 World Cup. Shahzad was born in Pakistan,and played first-class cricket there before emigrating to the UAE.
Niaz Ahmed Siddiqi was a Pakistani cricketer who played in two Tests in 1967 and 1969. He was the only East Pakistani to play Test cricket for Pakistan.

Mohammad Akram is a former Pakistani cricketer. From Kasur,Punjab,all of Mohammad's first-class matches were played for Lahore Division,during the 1984–85 and 1985–86 seasons of the BCCP Patron's Trophy. An opening batsman,he made his debut for the team against Gujranwala in October 1984,opening with Amjad Ali in the first innings and Zahid Shah in the second innings. Although usually playing as a wicket-keeper in lower levels,Mohammad only kept wicket once in first-class matches,against Lahore City Whites in November 1985. He finished his career with 129 runs from four matches,with his highest score an innings of 33 runs against Lahore City Blues.
Mohammad Akram is a former Pakistani cricketer who made a first-class century at the age of 12 years and 217 days. If his birthdate is correct –The Association of Cricket Statisticians and Historians advises that birthdates from Pakistan and Bangladesh "should be treated with appropriate caution" –he is the youngest player in history to score a first-class century.
Combined Services (Pakistan) cricket team were a first-class cricket team for members of the Pakistan Armed Forces. They competed in Pakistan's first-class tournaments between 1953–54 and 1978–79.
