Jochna O Jononir Golpo is a novel by Humayun Ahmed. The novel was published in February, 2004. The novel is based on the Liberation War of Bangladesh. In the novel, by means of an engrossing fictional story which skilfully incorporates various historical figures and many true incidents as well as the author's own personal experiences. The novel was translated into English as Liberation: Josna O Jononir Golpo by Roger Gwynn.
Mahbub Ahmed Sadek was a Bangladeshi film actor. He also appeared in television dramas and theatre. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor in Negative Role for the film Ekti Cinemar Golpo (2018).
Deyal is a 2013 political/historical novel by Bangladeshi writer Humayun Ahmed, based on the socio-political crisis in the aftermath of the war of independence of Bangladesh. It was the last novel of the writer and was published one year after his death. The publication of the book was delayed by a High Court verdict.
