It was directed by Natasha Museveni Karugire, Yoweri Museveni's daughter, and premiered in Kampala on September 8, 2018 and was later screened in Johannesburg South Africa on September 19.
Lorna Magara is the first woman to be elected chairperson of the Makerere University Council, since the founding of the university in 1922. She was elected to a renewable four-year term, effective 20 December 2018. The Council is a 27-member body that serves as the supreme governing organ of Uganda's largest and oldest public university.

Dominica or Dominic Dipio is a Ugandan religious sister, a filmmaker, author and a professor of Literature and Film at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. As a sister, she belongs to the Institute of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church, MSMMC, a Ugandan-founded religious congregation in Roman Catholic Diocese of Lira in Northern Uganda. In November 2019 she was appointed Consultor of the Pontifical Council for Culture by Pope Francis.
Sam Magara was a Ugandan rebel, and one of the National Resistance Army (NRA)'s leading commanders during the early Ugandan Bush War. A long-time associate of NRA leader Yoweri Museveni, he became the latter's second-in-command in 1981 and assumed command of the NRA in his absence. However, he fell into disfavor after the NRA's internal security network alleged that he was planning to overthrow Museveni. Magara was eventually killed by security forces in Kampala in late 1982.
Cindy Evelyn Magara Amooti is a Ugandan film director and academic. She serves as a Lecturer of Film Studies and Literature at Makerere University. She has directed and produced several movies since 2006, such as Fate (2006), Fair Play (2010), Windows of Hope (2011), A Book for Every Child (2012) and Breaking the Mesh (2013). She also lectured Film Studies at University of Sydney and at the University of Technology Sydney in Australia.
