Father of Four and the Wolf Cubs (Danish : Far til fire og ulveungerne) is a 1958 Danish family film directed by Alice O'Fredericks and Robert Saaskin. The film received controversy due to a song titled "A Black Little Negro From Africa". [1]
Ib Mossin was a Danish actor, singer and director best known for his role as heartthrob Peter of the hugely popular Far til Fire film series. He had his breakthrough as the apprentice Egon in 1953's Farlig Ungdom, a stark drama about the crime scene in Copenhagen among adolescents. He also had roles in fourteen of the eighteen Danish films based on novels by Morten Korch. Later in his life he travelled his home country talking about his experiences as an actor and celebrity. In 1999 he published his memoirs "Filmhelt til Tiden".

Far til Fire,, is a 1953 Danish family comedy directed by Alice O'Fredericks and starring Ib Schønberg and Birgitte Bruun. The film is based on the comic strip by Kaj Engholm and Olav Hast. It was the inaugural film in a series of eight Father of Four films made by ASA Films, one each year from 1953 to 1961.
Grete Frische was a Danish actress, screenwriter and director. The daughter of a playwright, Frische is best known for her screenplays, especially the war drama Støt står den danske sømand which received the 1949 Bodil Award for Best Danish Film. During a short career of less than 24 years, Frische wrote 22 produced screenplays including five of the popular Far til Fire family comedies and two adaptations of Morten Korch novels.
