"The Hunger Strike" is a second-season episode of the Adult Swim animated television series The Boondocks. It was set to premiere on January 7, 2008, between "The Story of Thugnificent" and "Attack of the Killer Kung-Fu Wolf Bitch", but did not air in the United States until May 29, 2020. In Canada, the episode was aired on March 16, 2008, on the network Teletoon at Night, with a disclaimer stating that "the views in this program do not reflect that of Teletoon Canada or its parent companies". The episode also aired globally elsewhere, and appeared on Netflix streaming in Canada, as well as on HBO Max in the United States shortly before its TV premiere. According to Aaron McGruder on an introduction video for the episode found on the DVD set, this episode was originally set to be titled "BET Sucks".

The season was produced without any involvement from series creator Aaron McGruder nor from executive producer Carl Jones. This is the only season produced and animated by the South Korean studio Mir. The season received generally negative reviews from both critics and fans.

SuperMansion is an American adult animated stop-motion sitcom created by Matthew Senreich and Zeb Wells. The series stars Bryan Cranston, Heidi Gardner, Tucker Gilmore, Keegan-Michael Key, Tom Root, Yvette Nicole Brown, Zeb Wells, and Jillian Bell. The series premiered on Crackle on October 8, 2015. The series was renewed for a third season which was released on May 7, 2018. The series was removed from Crackle after it was fully sold to Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment in 2020.
The Boondocks is an unproduced American adult animated sitcom created by Aaron McGruder and loosely based upon his comic strip of the same name. The series was set to premiere on HBO Max before development failed to get off the ground.
