Fazlul Haque Montu (died on November 20,2020) was a Bangladeshi politician,Freedom Fighter and trade unionist.
He was a member of the Awami League and president of its Pabna District unit. [2] He was also involved in trade union politics for more than 45 years and in 2019 was elected president of the Awami League's trade union wing,the Jatiya Sramik League.
He had formerly been an independent member of the Minimum Wage Board of Bangladesh's garment industry. [3]
Montu died in Dhaka at the age of 71 due to complications brought on by COVID-19. [4]

The Krishak Sramik Party was a major anti-feudal political party in the British Indian province of Bengal and later in the Dominion of Pakistan's East Bengal and East Pakistan provinces. It was founded in 1929 as the Nikhil Banga Praja Samiti to represent the interests of tenant farmers in Bengal's landed gentry estates. Sir Abdur Rahim was its first leader. A. K. Fazlul Huq was elected leader in 1935 when the former was appointed as the president of the Central Legislative Assembly of India.
