Fernanda Regalo Alvaz (born 23 March 2009) is a Brazilian rhythmic gymnast. [1] She represents her country in international competitions.
Alvaz made her international debut in early December 2022, her first year as a junior, when she was selected for the South American Championships in Paipa. [2] A few days before the championship she was invited along with Maria Eduarda Alexandre and Keila Souza to a training stage to upgrade the level of rhythmic gymnastics in America. [3] In Colombia, in the 13–14 years old category, she won silver in the All-Around behind teammate Renata Diniz. [4] In mid-December she participated in a training camp for young gymnast held by the Brazilian federation. [5]
A year later she took part in the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara along with Keila Santos, Letícia Evangelista and the national juniot group, winning bronze in teams. [6] [7] In July she was selected for the Junior World Championships in Cluj-Napoca, along with Keila Santos and the junior group, where she competed with ball and ribbon, taking 19th and 35th place with apparatuses and 12th in teams. [8] [9] Weeks later she won gold in the All-Around, with hoop, ball and clubs as well as silver with ribbon at the Brazilian Championships. [10] [11]
In 2024 Alvaz competed at the Pan American Championships in Guatemala City. She was 4th in the All-Around and won silver in teams, along with Sarah Mourão, Gabriela Cunha and Stefhany Popoatzki, and with clubs and bronze with ball. [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] In July she won silver in team, the All-Around, hoop and ball as well as silver with clubs and ribbon at the Brazilian Junior Championships. [17]
Maria Eduarda De Almeida "Duda" Arakaki is a Brazilian rhythmic gymnast. She represented Brazil at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics and competed in the individual all-around, and she represented Brazil at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the group all-around.

The Brazilian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships is one of the main annual national rhythmic gymnastics competitions held in Brazil. Its first edition took place in 1971, with the participation of three federations, the Carioca Gymnastics Federation (FCG), the Rio de Janeiro State Gymnastics Federation (FGRJ) and the Minas Gerais Gymnastics Federation (FMG). The Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championships are the highest-level individual competition in artistic gymnastics in Brazil. The first edition was held in 1951. The championships are organized by the Brazilian Gymnastics Federation (CBG) and include men's and women's competitions in standard gymnastics disciplines. All gymnasts, with no distinction between juniors and seniors, take part in a meet comprising teams events for every gender, as well as an individual all-around competition and individual event finals for each apparatus.
