Figali Convention Center (or Amador Convention Center) is an indoor sports arena, in Fort Amador, Panama City, Panama. The capacity of the arena is 25,000. [1]
Built in 2003, as the main venue for the Miss Universe 2003 Pageant, which took place in Panama that year. Since then, it has been used mainly for many concerts and sports events, such as boxing and ice skating.

It is named for the American cosmetics company Jeunesse Global through a naming rights deal closed in 2017. Before, the sponsor name was HSBC Arena. The arena was completed in July 2007 and was first known as Arena Olímpica do Rio(Rio Olympic Arena), which it was known as during the 2016 Summer Olympics. From December 2007 to March 2008, it was known as RioArena. The arena has a capacity of 15,430 people for sports and up to 18,768 for concerts.

The tour began on February 26, 2018, in San Diego, California and concluded on July 22, 2018, in Paso Robles, California. It was supported by DJ Khaled, Kehlani and Iggy Azalea in North America and Jax Jones and Joy in Europe. The tour was initially supposed to conclude in November 2018 in Fortaleza, Brazil, but the remainder of the tour was cancelled after Lovato was hospitalized for an overdose on July 24, 2018 and entered treatment thereafter.
