Fintan Ashe (born 1970 in Dingle, County Kerry) is an Irish sportsperson. He played Gaelic football with his local club Dingle and was the Kerry inter-county team at all levels during the late 1980s and 1990s. [1] He won an All-Ireland minor medal in 1988. In 1990, he was part of the All-Ireland Under 21 winning panel and the following year he won an All-Ireland Junior title. [2]
Ashe played his club football with Dingle. He won four Kerry Intermediate Football Championship in1988, 1989, 1997 and 2004. He also won a number of West Kerry Senior Football Championship titles.
Ashe played with the Kerry minor team in 1988. He came on as a sub in the Munster final win over Cork, but was midfield for the All-Ireland final win over Dublin where he scored a point. [3]
He then moved to the Under 21 team. He won a Munster medal in 1990 as Kerry overcame Cork in the final. He played no part as Kerry went on to win the All-Ireland title.
He was still underage in 1991. His first game was in the Munster final, where he scored 1–01 to win his second Munster title. He later lined out in the All-Ireland final loss to Tyrone. [4]
He played with the Kerry junior team for three seasons. His first two seasons in 1989 and 1990 seen no successes, with two losses in Munster finals to Cork being his lot.
He was still part of the team in 1991. He lined out in a third Munster final, this time facing Waterford. He scored a point as Kerry won the title. He later lined out in the All-Ireland final win over London, where he scored two points. [5]
Ashe never played with Kerry in the championship during his playing days, but played a number of National League games in the early 1990s. [6] He was a member of the extended panel of Kerry's 1997 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winning campaign.

Anthony Maher is a Gaelic football coach and player from Duagh, County Kerry. He plays for the Duagh club, the Feale Rangers divisional side and, formerly, at senior level for the Kerry county team.
Paudie O'Donoghue (1944–2008) was an Irish sportsperson. He played Gaelic football with his local club Ballylongford and was a member of the Kerry senior inter-county team from 1964 until 1974.

Stephen Stack was a Gaelic footballer who played with Kerry and Listowel Emmets. He was right corner back on the Kerry team that won the 1997 All Ireland. He was also a member of the 1986 winning team which made him the sole winner of medals in 1986 and 1997. He also won an All Ireland Junior Medal in 1994. He had a reputation as a tight marking defender and a leader in the backs. In 2012 he was unveiled as the manager of Austin Stacks GAA club located in Tralee, County Kerry, the most successful club in Ireland.
Liam O'Flaherty was a footballer from Ballydonoghue in North County Kerry, Ireland. He played with Ballydonoghue and Kerry intercounty teams in the late 1980s till the late 1990s. He won an All Ireland Senior medal in 1997, he won a Minor All Ireland in 1988 and Under 21 Medal in 1990.
Jack Ferriter is a former Gaelic footballer from Dingle, County Kerry. He was a member of several Kerry underage teams in the 1990s with Dingle CBS, Dingle GAA, and Kerry. He was described as a 'star' and a 'teen sensation' when Kerry won an All Ireland Minor title in 1994 with him as captain, and until 2014 was the last Kerry man to do so. Ferriter suffered a shoulder injury which curtailed a promising senior career with Kerry at a relatively early age.

Ronan O'Connor is a Gaelic footballer who played for Kerry at all levels from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s. He then moved on to the Under 21 team and again won a Munster Championship in 2002. In 2002 he also joined the Senior team that made it to the All Ireland final but lost out to Armagh. He later went on to win an All Ireland medal in 2004 coming on as a sub in the final win over Mayo. He also won a National League medal in 2006.
