First Shot Live is a 1979 live mini-album by Danish rock band Warm Guns. It was the band's first release, recorded at their first-ever live performance. [1]

Denmark constitutional monarchy in Europe

Denmark, officially the Kingdom of Denmark, is a Nordic country and the southernmost of the Scandinavian nations. Warm Guns

Warm Guns were a Danish band formed in Aarhus in 1978 by Lars Muhl. Influenced by punk and new wave in the late seventies, the band was often compared to artists like Elvis Costello. Among the band's more well-known songs were "The Young Go First" and "Wonderkids".

At the concert, Warm Guns supported Danish punk band Lost Kids, whose female vocalist, Pussi Punk, guested on the song "Invisible Man". [2] Per Møller left Warm Guns in 1979 [3] and later recorded "Killing For Fun" with Anne Linnet Band on the album Cha Cha Cha (1982). Lars Muhl recorded "Elevator" on his solo album When Angels Fall (1991).

Anne Linnet Danish musician

Anne Linnet is a Danish singer, musician composer، and writer. She has released a number of solo albums and has also been a member of several bands, such as Shit & Chanel, Anne Linnet Band, and Marquis de Sade. Anne Linnet is one of a small group of Danish musicians and songwriters consistently popular now for many years. She is, and has been for more than three and a half decades, a distinctive figure on the Danish music scene and is valued as a writer and composer. Anne Linnet is known for her well-written, honest lyrics, her explorations into a number of music styles, and a constant desire to try something new. In 2008 she received IFPI Denmark's prize of honour for her work of many years on the Danish music scene.

Ray Dee Ohh was a Danish pop band that existed between 1988 and 1992, made from the remnants from Tøsedrengene and The Lejrbåls. The group consisted of Maria Bramsen (vocals), Caroline Henderson (vocals), Michael Bruun (guitar), Poul Halberg (guitar), Jan Sivertsen (drums), Simon West (keyboard) and Christian Dietl (bass).

Tøsedrengene was a Danish band that existed from 1978 to 1986, notable for their mix of pop-rock and reggae with Danish-language lyrics. During their active years, they achieved great success in Denmark, their six studio albums selling more than a million copies. The name translates to "The sissy boys", and is a parodic reference to the 70's anti masculine climate in Denmark.

The Lejrbåls were a Danish pop band that existed in 1986–87. Consisting of former members of Tøsedrengene and Halberg Larsen, the group comprised vocalist Maria Bramsen, guitarists Michael Bruun and Poul Halberg, Jette Schandorf on bass, Henrik Stanley Møller and Aage Hagen on keyboards and Jan Sivertsen on drums.

<i>Jump the Gun</i> (album) 1990 studio album by Pretty Maids

Jump the Gun is the third studio album by the Danish hard rock/heavy metal band Pretty Maids. It was released on 20 April 1990 in Europe by CBS. In the US, the title was changed to Lethal Heroes and it was released by Epic Records. The album was produced by Deep Purple's bass guitarist Roger Glover. According to CBS, it was then the most expensive album recording to date in Denmark, with a cost of around DKK 3–3.5 million. Jump the Gun was nominated for Danish Heavy Rock Album of the Year at the 1991 Danish Grammy Awards, but lost to Skagarack's A Slice of Heaven.

Robert Lelièvre Folk and rock musician

Robert Lelièvre was a French singer, songwriter and guitar player. He is best remembered as a member of the folk rock trio Cy, Maia & Robert, and for fronting the Danish progressive rock band Pan. Their eponymous debut album is considered amongst the best in the history of Danish rock music.
