Bob Bennett is an American contemporary Christian music singer, guitarist and songwriter from Downey, California. Bennett is known for his distinctive baritone voice, Christian lyrics and folk-inspired guitar playing.
First Things First was originally released on LP and cassette in 1979. In the early 1990s it was released on CD; where that release contained an additional track, "Spiritual Equation". After being out of print for many years, in 2007 Bob Bennett arranged for a limited twenty-fifth anniversary edition; in addition to the original "bonus track", the 2007 release also contains an acoustic version of "Spiritual Equation" and newly recorded song by song commentaries.
Everything to Everyone is the sixth full-length studio album by Barenaked Ladies. It was released in 2003 and was produced by Ron Aniello. Singles from the album include "Another Postcard", "Testing 1, 2, 3", "For You", "Celebrity" and "Maybe Katie". The content of the album is noted for its increased political commentary over previous albums. This was their last album with Reprise Records before switching to a more independent label, Desperation Records.

The release reached 30th position on Billboard magazine's Top Contemporary Christian chart in 1990. Its title song reached number one on the Christian radio charts in early 1990. In 2013, Urgent Records producer, Phillip Sandifer, was quoted in an interview as saying that the high point of the Urgent Records era was when "Bob Bennett's song 'Lord Of The Past' reached number one on the AC charts."
