The Forum of Free Enterprise is a non-political organization, established to educate public opinion in India on free enterprise and democratic way of life. The Forum publishes booklets and leaflets, organises meetings and essay competitions to further its objects. It was founded in 1956 by industrialist and economist [1] A.D. Shroff and has its office in Mumbai. [2]

In 1944, Shroff served as a non-official delegate at the United Nations "Bretton Woods Conference" on post-war monetary and financial systems. The film borrows its plot idea from the 1993 film Point of No Return, which in turn is a remake of the French film La Femme Nikita, where Bridget Fonda essays a role which is very similar to that character of Sanjay Dutt.
